Noshu's 99% Sugar Free Low Carb Pancake Mix makes it super easy to create delicious light and fluffy low carb pancakes that are also gluten free, made without the sugar, and with all the taste and enjoyment of regular pancakes.

You will need 1 cup of water and 1 tbsp melted butter. Makes 10 pancakes.

Ingredients: Resistant Starch, Chickpea Flour, Organic Coconut Flour, Potato Starch, Polydextrose, Egg Powder, Non GMO Erythritol, Baking Powder, Natural Vanilla Flavour, Guar Gum, Monk Fruit Extract.

Just not quite right :(

My husband and I are doing a keto diet and we were so excited having these, but we ate one pancake and stopped. It tasted really bad, almost like melted and burnt plastic.!Not sure if it was because it came in a plastic bottle. Just extremely disappointing.

Easy to make but horrible to eat

This pancake mix was super low carb as promised, super easy and quick to make and the pancakes cooked well. Unfortunately, we couldn’t finish them and ditched them after a couple of mouthfuls. They smelt and tasted like chemical sweeteners, and the texture was like a cross between sawdust and paper. Was useful to try but won’t buy them again. I guess the very long list of ingredients should have been the warning sign …
